RULE 14.6           EXCEPTIONS TO AWARD

1. Any party may file exceptions to the report and award within thirty days after the filing of the report and the award for either misconduct or corruption of the panel or an arbitrator.

2. Copies of the exceptions shall be mailed to each arbitrator, opposing parties, or counsel, and the judge within forty-eight (48) hours after filing.

3. If such exceptions are sustained, the report and award shall be vacated and the case either re-assigned for arbitration or returned to the active trial docket.
