RULE 1.3                               PRETRIALS IN CRIMINAL CASES

A.  In all Criminal cases there shall be held a pretrial conference at which the State of Ohio, defense counsel and the defendant must be present.

B.  By the date of the pretrial, the parties shall attempt to comply with requests for discovery within the time limits provided by the Criminal Rules of Procedure or within 30 days of such request or by court order.
