RULE 2.2                               PLEADING IN DEFAULT

A.) A party in default for pleading may file such pleading with the written consent of opposing counsel, subject to Ohio Rule of Civil Procedures 6 (B).

B.)  Where a party is in default for more than sixty (60) days, leave of Court by motion and affidavit must be sought before pleading.
