RULE 2.5         WITHDRAWAL OF COUNSEL

Withdrawal of attorney of record shall be only upon motion and approval of the Court. Where possible the name of the successor attorney shall be included in the judgment entry. Upon allowance of withdrawal by the Court, such withdrawing counsel shall serve a copy of the judgment entry on the client and the opposing party or counsel by regular U.S. mail.
