RULE 9.7 IN CAMERA INTERVIEWS OF CHILDRENIn all cases where an in camera interview of a minor child or children has been requested, the Court shall make a record of said interview. The parents shall have no access to the record of the interview, even if the record has been transcribed for purposes of appeal or objections. The record or transcript shall be sealed, to be opened only by the Court or upon order of the Court. Attorneys may have access to the transcript of the child’s interview only upon written motion and judgment entry signed by the Court. |
