RULE 9.9                   Pretrials

At least five days prior to pretrial, unless otherwise ordered by the court, the parties shall exchange all independently acquired appraisals of all real and personal property, pension valuations, information concerning COBRA coverage, updated income information, documentation concerning the tracings of assets claimed to be separate property, and a list of household goods and furnishings the party wishes to retain.

At least five days prior to pretrial the parties shall exchange written settlement proposals. Additional proposals may be exchanged at any time prior to trial and in accordance with any scheduling or trial order.

The parties shall bring with them to the pretrial their certificate of attendance at the parenting classes, if not previously filed with the court.
