RULE 1.0                               CASE MANAGEMENT                                       

PREFACE: The goal of this Rule is the prompt but fair disposition of litigation. This goal can only be accomplished by early and continuing judicial control and management of each case assigned to the Judge’s docket. This Rule and Rule 2 establish a general framework for management of cases, leaving to the discretion of the individual Judge the use of these procedures or of additional procedures to accomplish the goal of this Rule.

It is the goal of the Court that the scheduling conference occur approximately
